New paypal account limited after 3 days no sales
 

No sales or anything
Just made the ebay and paypal account
Three days later BAM
They need verification and they are asking for ID and a bunch of stuff
Whats going on?

This keeps happening to me
I make a sale and then I get limited

I make a new account

Paypal is limited next day

Something is clearly linking you: listing, photos, IP or cookies.

Tel us every step and detail.

I did not have anything posted up for sale or anything
I reused an IP from a banned account 6 months ago
I have never had problems reusing an IP but maybe it could be that?
Been reusing old IPs hella but dont think thats the problem
Whats the best way to get the account reinstated, as I am not good at photoshop. Says ID and proof of address is needed
please help!

Banned ip? Obviously a link. Most of time it takes 2 links, although this is debatable, are your using same user account? How about cookies?

There's another thread on here where US users are mentioning they've been getting hit with a doc request after 1 to 3 transactions. Might want to have a read on that.

Might be PayPal US making changes?

Didnt that member indicate that the PP of his was not verified with bank or confirmed with cc? Could be factors to consider

Everything was new just a reused IP
This has been happening to me back to back

So why don't you try... without reusing IP. Try a fresh one and report back to see if it is still suspending you

Pretty much.
In this case it was even worse - the IP address was used with a banned account.
Try it with a fresh IP address and let us know how it goes.

no i dont. just wondering so i could assess your situation better. vpn's can be tricky. with vpn you definitely DO NOT want to reuse ips!

1 in 10 accounts ends up like that even if new IP , new user,etc .
Please show us the limitation e-mail.

I always wait 1-2 weeks before sending the first payment to the paypal account.

Using an IP that was used during suspended account has linked me every-time.
