I tried to buy the gift card from Simon, but the website is always down.

I need a gift card quite badly, and I bought the VCC from earlt five days ago, but he has not got back to me.

Any idea？ Any help?

Are you getting an error message, a blank screen, or what? More details please.

If your in Singapore you should be able to pick up prepaid cards pretty much anywhere..

It was an error message, saying the web is not available.

I need a US card.

The Simon site probably knows from your IP address that you are not in the US. You'll probably need to have somebody else obtain it for you and email you the details.

No one here is authorized to sell these gift cards.

My mistake. I thought there was a reseller who could help out.

I am using blacklogic VPN, with US IP, and it is showing the error.

I don't know what to do now.

I bought the VisaVCC, but, it has been 5 days, I haven't got the reply.

I buy simon cards all the time in the US, and it sometimes gives me that same message. I usually have to reload the page, or start over completely. Otherwise just wait a bit and try to finish what you're doing. I thought earlT was the man to go to, but I could be wrong.

Try a different email as well if you're using a US IP.. I found they block emails too.
