Multiple Account Management
 

Hi,
I wanted to get some concrete answers on multiple account maintenance and see if I'm doing OK and if there are any other programs to cut some time out.

I use Shipstation and have multiple windows user accounts each connected to a 24vc ip and a gmail account.

Shipstation question - Will I compromise accounts by either importing orders or exporting tracking numbers from a "central" account? Currently I switch user accounts between each and it would save a lot of time to just update all.

Email - I also switch between windows accounts when answering messages. Is it possible to save time with a client like Thunderbird to aggregate emails. If the answer is NO, can I at least use a client to view emails (and avoid checking my phones gmail a single email account at a time). I would then go and reply to messages after switching user accounts.

Are there any other software or management programs that people find saves them time? Shipstation has been a godsend after dealing with paypal shipping.

You know... I do it the old fashion way.

I don't trust any automation spftwares, because if they mess up... it messes up our accounts.

I'd rather just do it with a notebook and xcell for IP logging.

Same for me. I just don't trust 3rd party sites much. Plus, There are usually fees associated and margins are getting smaller all the time.
