| Burning | 05-08-2009 04:38 PM | Bank Not Letting Me Open A Claim I recently went to the bank today to open a dispute for a transaction I did not receive. I told her the bank teller that I needed to open a dispute on a transaction but she did not know what I was talking about. She called the manager and she told me she could not open a dispute since I have authorized the payment. I told her that I did not receive the item but she told me that there is nothing she could do. I paid for the item via paypal through my BMO bank account. What should I do? |
