I use ExpressVPN, their really good if you use a UK based server. Speed is also very generous, you won't feel your speed is being throttled. The sweetest part is their software comes with a killswitch, so if VPN drops, so does your connection.
ProtonVPN is another one I have my eyes on. Not released to the public, and doesn't come with a killswitch (yet) - but most certainly one that will take to the stage in the coming year or so.
I think a VPN nowadays is a must, its just that added level of encryption/security that gives you that extra peace of mind.
