Amazon - Purchase Failure - when using Entropay

I've created an Amazon account, used EntroPay VV with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name and different address and when I'm trying to download the smart tv app from the Amazon Firestick, it keeps coming with the error - 'PURCHASE FAILURE'

Does this mean Entropay/⊗⊗⊗⊗ Name does not work with Amazon and you have to use all real details for payment method?
