21 day hold confused

Hi Guys,

when i list items on a new account ive noticed that the first two items go into pending and then the next three go into completed. any reason why? btw these are high risk.

also how can someone remove the 21 day hold on a new account? or do i need to continue with my research? i know no one will tell me but can someone please direct me in the right direction....

They tell you how to remove the 21 day hold on their page explaining it. Basically, you keep selling and uploading tracking for about 90 days. You'll get your money available for withdrawal 7-10 days after tracking shows as delivered. After 90 days, they review the account. If everything is kosher, they may lift the limit, or limit the account, or keep it on for awhile longer. ID & SSN verification helps the chances on lifting the limit sooner. Otherwise you're waiting my man.

It is likely for some payment to be available immediately. Sometime I even have a brand new account being able to withdraw all the money immediately. It is just a matter of luck. But from my experience, the situation happened more on the paypal accepting small payments.
