HELP: I need stealth Paypal For specific needs
 

Hi everyone,

I'm totally a noob here, found this community after I got my Paypal limited, I have few specific needs from a paypal account, which are:
-Receiving money
-Purchase items from online stores like hosting, servers, domain names...
-Withdrawing to bank account or a Visa Card (won't use personal ones)

Of course I'll probably need more than one to expends my work, I've tried to make US stealth accounts but it always get limited after few transactions, I think EU Paypal would work better, anyways any Paypal fitting these needs would be just what I need.

Any PayPal you buy or make will all have the same issues because in order to "age" a PayPal it has to be used and aged, I don't think most sellers provide that, also I don't think anyone on the forum in the marketplace sells just PayPals.

OP could buy a eb/pp combo and just not use the eb...just saying

so the question is it possible to make a stealth PayPal which will accomplish what I need? the country doesn't matter tho

Yeah but most of them doesn't have transaction history therefor not trusted yet by PayPal.

Not sure why you would need to buy n account. Seems like you should be able to make a Paypal account. I wonder if maybe you are just trying to do too many transactions too fast

Spend $20 and read the stealth guide. Its a better idea even if you're going to invest hundreds in new account(s). That way you'll better know how to operate them.

You can't withdraw to a card for US PP accounts AFAIK.
