more than one paypal on one ebay account

after you've run too much through paypal a receive a limit, can you just open another paypal account and attach to the ebay account in good standing?

thats what i'd expect. i've run a lot through one account lately and just kinda waiting for a limit now but it hasn't happened yet. the ebay side is id verified, i wonder if that holds any weight. i was able to id verify with a variation of my name with the phone call option.

right, this was the first time I've ever attempted id verify and it worked. the phone call was to a third party which was a branch of experian. if i recall correctly my social was only intended for the verification process and would not be recorded on ebay's side. when this one gets shutdown, i'll try it again on another account in the future and see what happens.
