Am i missing anything? (UK stealth a/c setup)
 

I've read the stealth guide and spent some time browsing the forum. Before
i actually take the plunge, i just wanted to double check i'm not missing any steps:

1. Create new user, new gmail, new IP (IP burger), build up browser history/ cookies etc.

2. Open a new basic bank account using REAL details.

3. Buy a Pay as you go simcard.

4. Create new paypal account using missmatched name e.g. real name = Adam James Watts - Paypal name = James Watts. Also, use a different address that i have access to.

5. Obtain VCC from forum marketplace, input VCC info into Paypal, if successful, add newly created bank account info as well to complete the verification and confirmation.

6. Create ebay account using same details used in creating paypal account. Link the two accounts together.

7. Take it easy for a week, just browse around, watch a few auctions etc.

8. After a week, list one/two low risk items and build up from there.

Am i missing anything or good to go?

On a separate note, what do i do when PP/Ebay ask me to provide proof of ID/ address given that i will be using a missmatched name and different address? Is there a way around this or would i need to somhow figure out a way to provide these documents?

You have pretty much got it spot on there.

You would need to get creative in regards to proving your address etc I would cross that bridge when you come to it.
