Ein question
 

I just upgraded stealth pp to business.
My question are 1. Do I also need to upgrade stealth eBay to business as well?
2. Since eBay and PayPal are stealth account, so registered name & address are different from my registered ein, are they going to cause limitation?

You don't have to upgrade eBay, but eBay business works better than a personal one.

I'm not going to directly disagree with elmo but that certainly hasn't been my experience. My best account is a personal (linked to business PP) and it was invited to eBay concierge and gets sales out the @$$. I have two others that I did upgrade to business on the eBay side, and they get half the sales of that first account if I'm lucky.

I'm not stating anything as fact but I've never noticed any difference in terms of the strength of the account. If you're selling shady stuff you'll get shut down either way sooner or later.

I see. I am an art dealer, sometime I do receive big amount sale. I just worry if I receive large transaction payment, there is risk of account being limited.

In that case I recommend upgrading the eBay as well as Paypal to business, just to help inspire confidence in your customers. I think most customers would have more faith buying art from a business than an individual. Again, in my personal opinion it's not going to "strengthen" your eBay account any but I recommend it regardless considering what you sell.
