Lifting EU limits

Hi all,

New here, have bought the stealth guide, but unless I'm being blind I can't find any suggestions as to how to provide ID for a fictional name in order to lift EU limits.

I'm holding off doing anything for the moment as I was keen to ensure I understood all of the steps before embarking on the first one.

Is anybody able to help me out, either in reply to this post or as a direct message.
