Paypal uk help please?!?!
 

Hi I have left several threads but still have no answers from anyone.

Can anyone please advise, I take it is no longer possible to use paypal in the uk without having the 21 day hold so is there any alternatives to paypal for ebay in the uk?

Catch 22,medway. You have to use paypal still: anyone has to work their
account to get around the 21 day hold. That takes work but it will happen.

Thanks for reply but how can you get around the 21 day hold? Im not gonna send items out till money is in my bank account and people wont wait 21 days or more till they receive their goods :( Me stuck and getting poorer :((

There is no getting around the 21 day hold. It will go away after you reach 20 DSR's. Until then, the only way to release your money quicker is to ship items quickly. It is released as soon as delivery is confirmed or you receive positive feedback.

Whats DSR's? And I take it is best to ship by royal mail or can the customer only confirm?

Also are paypal asking for NI number for everyone now?

DSR's detailed seller ratings- basically 20 positive feedback from selling stuff. PayPal not asking for NI from everyone. It is possible to bypass PayPal but is a real pain and ends up more hassle than using PayPal, and less risk of suspension. There's tons of stuff about this in different threads.

Yes you can sell with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details. Have you read the stealth book??
