Default PayPal Rampage

I just saw today PayPal doing an rampage. They limited 30% of my accounts, that were verified with VBAs. So they where hunting a certain ROUTING NUMBER, and boom, they begun limiting with no remorse.
Diff IPs , OS, no matter.

The routing number you posted is used by TD bank for all of their accounts in SC and NC. There's got to be hundreds of other Paypal users with the same routing number. I think it was something different causing this..

I expect its more to do with linking that the routing number

Something else you are doing is causing an issue and PayPal just put the dots together to link a large number of your accounts.

What are you using for your IPs?

Are you trying to use something like portable browsers or different user accounts?

I am using VPS. As I said only the TD VBAs had problems.

Stolen bank accounts? There's your problem. Those accounts aren't virtual - they belong to somebody else.

I bought VBAs, I tought they are legit or ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but not stolen!
I only bought VBA from a reliable website.... so those VBAs got linked somehow.

Going by the responses of your "account seller" it appears the VBA's you purchased were actually hacked TD bank accounts, likely purchased from where ever such things are now sold on the dark web.

If there's even a remote possibility of "the owner of the account making claims", then it's evident these bank accounts were used without the owner's permission.

If all the "VBA's" had the same routing number then it's possible all the VBA's were checking accounts belonging to the same person at TD bank. If that's the case then it's possible the TD Bank account owner realized their accounts were compromised, told TD Bank about it, who then told Paypal.

BTW - Judging by the dozens of terrible experiences I've read about on this forum, the site you purchased from is in no way a reputable supplier. More like a bunch of fraud artists lol.

1. Nobody wanna share here how they create VBAs.
2. Seems impossible to get a bank account online on any real big bank , not hated by PAYPAL
3. I see on all websites selling VBAs, theat they usually all same the same products at once. Like now they sell all of them American Express only, in the past they sold only GOLDMAN, then TD ONLY...
Past winter everybody was selling CWB ... now nobody sells GOLDMAN or CWB .

Interesting? So what is a reliable source of good VBAs then? How can you trust them they won't put you into trouble.

I honesty dont think it was the VBA.
From your post it sounds like you lost multiple accounts - meaning multiple people would have had to report their accounts being 'hacked' at the same time and then paypal would have had to tie all those together and limit those accounts at the very same time. Doesnt sound plausible to me.
I would think it has more to do with your VPS setup. I would hazard a guess and say your VPS comes with an IP attached and is on the lower end as far as pricing goes. I would further guess that the IP address is shared and on a range that has now been blacklisted by paypal which would have made it extremely easy for them to link all those accounts together and ban them all at the same time - regardless of whether the account was used or not - since the creation of the account itself was done using those IP addresses.
Makes far more sense to me.

Only 10 active accounts were, limited the rest i was keeping if i want to extend my business, to replace limited ones, etc.

I have like 3 hosting providers. And I ordeder a new VPS with NEW IP.

All the TDs got problems, same day all of them. Even the ones i was keeping without a sale for 3-4 months now.

Here's my reasoning for the bank account causing this:

- You mention using a VPS for all your accounts, but only TD-VBA accounts went down
- All your TD-VBA's had the same routing number even though TD bank has over a dozen routing numbers

It's not an impossible scenario but I can't say anything for certain. TD is one of the banks that allows you to easily open accounts online. If a hacker stole someone's TD account, they could then quickly open and close a number of accounts and have "VBA account numbers" to sell people. I'm pretty sure there's not any actual "VBA's" anywhere. It's just people selling account/routing numbers for accounts they opened and quickly closed. Just a guess.

The bank account thing is what stuck out to me. I wish you the best either way getting this all sorted out.
