Anyway to Root Android phone in Mexico to have USA number?

I would like to get a usa phone number on my phone to verify paypal and ebay and not get low limits , im in mexico... i wish i could get those tracphones , the only thing that comes to mind is rooting the android phone and maybe get more options this way?

anyone know this?

Rooting your android device has nothing to do with getting a US based number.
That has to do with the service provider itself and unfortunately since youre in Mexico that pretty much negates your ability to get a number from a US based cellular service provider.
