International eBay & Paypal Accounts
 

After seeing a listing on Earlt's website for a 3 year old Indian eBay & Paypal account (which has since been sold) I was just wondering whether if, in addition to creating American-based "Stealth" eBay & Paypal accounts, whether it would also be advantageous to create "Stealth" accounts in other countries like New Zealand, Singapore, India, or other countries with less scrutiny as well as no SSN or SIN or NI number?

At first I was planning, in addition to the pre-11/07 accounts, to also set up Canadian eBay & Paypal and use it with CartManager. But now I've heard & read that PP is asking for SIN to lift limitations. So that is out for "Stealth" accounts.

I've also heard & read that those in UK and EU are also being asked for their NI number so that is also unfortunately out.

But I was wondering what about countries like India, Singapore, NZ and others?

Especially for me, India would work pretty well (my family is from India & I still have lots of relatives there) but if EB/PP is going to end up asking for an Indian equivalent of the SSN, then there'd be no point, in going that route either!

Does anyone know about International eBay & Paypal accounts and have any experiences or information about the kind of documentation & verification they require, and what kind of info they'd need to lift limitations??

Especially with eBay prohibiting 3rd party checkouts, I am trying to find as many alternatives as possible!

Indian Ebay accounts

I bought 2 of the Indian Ebay accounts off Earlt but have never used them, bought them as back up more than anything and to use with my merchant account (because they are old you can refuse PayPal) which Im having trouble with at the moment. Moving away from Ebay into sites now so no plans to use them in the foreseeable future.
I am going to put them up for sale on the forum when aspkin gives me the green light.
If you are interested in buying them off me let me know and we can do a deal.
You'll also need an Indian phone number to add to the account to verify it once its being used on a new computer.
