Okay, Shortly after registering an account on paypal and ebay about 2 hours later I get a call from paypal asking for verification of stuff

I used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name
⊗⊗⊗⊗ address
new number
new email
and different ip and usernames on my computer

Had you listed any items? Are you suspended now? What does the email say?

Ok so it's a Paypal limitation.

Yeah, Just a regular xbox with some games probly not even worth 200 dollars...

That would be the cause of your limitation. :ahhhhhh:

What is not high risk <_< It seems everything I try to sell is lol.

Is there a place I can find out what is high risk what is not high risk?

Had the listing ended? If not, I doubt the PayPal limitation is down to the high risk item if the funds had not yet reached the PayPal account. Did they ask for invoice?

Did you create them on the same user account on your computer? Flash cookies?

Why do you keep wasting accounts? If you don't want to be suspended within 10 minutes of registering anymore, then follow the advice you have been given here and in the your other thread where you did the same thing.
