Driving license photo?

Do eBay/ppal keep a record on passport/driving licenses sent in, so that if the same photo was sent in on a different account it would flag up? Which would mean not being able to use the same photo on a different account?

1st. Yeah, they can save anything.
2nd. Why would you even risk using the same photo?

can't use same exact photo but photo files can be different for many little details...

Hard to say - would they invest in it? Only they know for sure - or if someone who has worked for pp can confirm...
