Hi guys,
few days ago i received MC011...
So the story:
I was selling phone cases and i had around 200$ of sales per day. After 1 month of selling i got restriction. I had all the tracking numbers but they still limited me. Also after 10 days people started leaving positive feedbacks. Documents ebay is asking:
To appeal this restriction, you will need to upload the following information (link below):
- A readable copy of your driver's license, front *and* back, or other government-issued ID.
- A copy of a recent credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill. Your name and billing address should be visible, and consistent with the information registered to your eBay account.
- Documentation (including manufacturer's invoices or receipts) that shows that you purchased the item (s) recently listed for sale on eBay.
I have everything except invoices for merchendise. Also account is registered on name of legal company and i am the owner. From 150 sales i had 2 chargebacks and all the shipping was done in 4 business days as it is stated on listing and settings.
I sent them all the company documentation but still i dont know where i stand.
From your experience should i move forward and start finding solutions to get back on ebay or should i push ebay to remove restriction as it is legal company and account isn't stealth. |
