Stealthily added funds to PP - which method

I'm looking at topping up PP by stealth, which method would the experienced guys recommend? Obviously Entropay is no go, would an IDT PRIMECARD work? You don't need ID to buy it, top it up when you buy, then use that to top up PP?

Would this work?
