Stealth PayPal

Hello friends are interested in the question of stealth paypal. If you register a PayPal account with a resident of the United States of America, do you need to provide any documents during registration?

During registration no

But you do have IRS requirements later on if you hit certain thresholds

Thanks for the reply friend!

That is, I can register a full account without SNN, but when I want to increase the limits I need to provide snn? :nerd:

This is how it works on US Paypal accounts:

You can sell up to 200 items or $20,000 worth of items in a calendar year without providing a tax ID. If you start getting close to either of those thresholds, Paypal starts asking you for a tax ID (SSN, EIN, or ITIN). If you reach one of those thresholds and haven't given a tax ID, your Paypal is "tax limited" which means you can't receive any more payments until the next year. This limit resets annually.

No way around the 200/20k threshold per year. But if you mean to raise your ebay seller limits then...

Providing a SSN (Not SNN) will not raise your ebay seller limits and can be ID Theft. You will still have to go slow with the new account in order to get paypal to trust you so its best to let the limits grow naturally.

Best to not mess around with that.

Keep in mind PP can limit faster based on projected sales rate...

A great friend's answer is all clear and clear. Tell me, is it necessary to render ssn in the electronic format or are they just asking to enter or make a paper copy?

Do you mean that they will not increase the limits in any way even after I provide them with ssn?

What if I immediately provide them with ssn after registration?
Will they remove the limits 200/20000?

Even if you have a US PayPal/Ebay how can you ship from Russia? The only way i guess would be dropshipping but then you won't be able to connect russian bank with US PayPal.
