Simon Card no good for eBay ???
 

I tried to register an new eBay account, after I filled in all the personal information. a Page show up ask me for a credit card info for verification, I type in simon card info , but eBay would not take it, it says " can not use a prepaid card for verification" ????

Does this mean Simon Card is no good any more ??

That's correct, ebay has stopped the use of Simon cards.

you can still use for paypal though, and just use bank acct for ebay instead

Yes you can still use it for Paypal to lift the monthly limit. I would never give my bank account to ebay as my method of paying fees!!

Amex worked for me and theres a few others my local banks sale but i have not tried them yet.

Amex is still working after the prepaid ban? I'm trying to figure out a good work around still. Any ideas? I use approx 10 different accounts every 2 months.

Its probly best to keep which cards that works to your selfs cause all it would take is one ebay informant to come here if not already and report back to ebay that so and so card works then the add it to the ban list.
