Now how to create a saller account
 
I have 2 stealth ebay account. But yesterday I can't add simon gift card to create the seller account. I don't know how to do now. I also try to add my real checking account but these is always a technical error.
Help me please!!

you will need to use a legit credit card..pre-paid dosen't work any more. get a debit card attached to your checking account.

Just verify your eBay account with PayPal, use the prepaid card to do so.

When I input the card number, what name and address should I give to ebay? The same ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information with my stealth ebay account or the real information of mine?

You just need the zip code to match your real info and your stealth info. You should give them the same info that is on the ebay account.
