VCC's No longer working ? Vanilla Visa now no good!
 

Anyone out there got any VCC's that still work ?

Do you even need a VCC to open a stealth account ?

Or is Bank account and phone verification good enough ?

Stupid question: No. When it comes to making and keeping money, it's stupid if you don't ask.

But it is pretty basic.

If you mean to simply open a stealth account, you can do without. If you need to verify and lift your first PP limit, you need something more.

You don't need a VCC specifically. You do need a credit card or a check card that works like a credit card or you need a working vcc.

Maybe canadian accounts are different ? I do haver several stealth accounts .. and don't remember paypal asking for more than bank account to lift limits ?

also seem to remember that no cc required for ebay seller account .. just phone verification and verified paypal account ?

You dont need a VCC until you want to lift limits.

I got somebody in a chat and asked a canadian person. Here's the log exact.

me: Guy in canada opening ebay and pp. wants to know if he has to have a cc to verify a canadian acct. Can he confirm with bank info in canada? Or must have vcc?
And what about lifting PP 500 initial limit?

him: he can cnfirm with bank account

So can verify ebay by bank. can verify pp with bank. maybe can NOT lift pp 500 with bank alone?

him: you can virify ebay by cc, which I always did

him: hmm..... not sure I always did it by cc since it was easy to get paypal you can virify by bank

will confirm this soon as I have just opened a few new stealth accounts

Well gift2go use bankfirst banks and vanilla visa uses USBNS so ebay has block these cards. I will keep checking other cards to see if they are block who has same bank issuers

what is a disadvantage of using a bank account for a verification. I don't do much sales but if i do get kicked from ebay i don't wanna pay fees... Do they do anything with bank account after ebay gets suspended? Can they somehow find out your real bank account information and give that to collection agency's? Thanks!

First of all what do you mean by "canadian accounts" are you talking about ebay or paypal. If it is ebay they require vcc but I am not 100% sure. Paypal on the other hand requires requires you to add bank account to confirm it.

Even adding a bank to verfiy ebay accounts u still have to add a CC to verfiy your identy.

I'm testing different cards with every account I make. I know of at least 2 VCCs that are still working. Will only give this info out if you have more than 100 posts and are deemed trustworthy. We need to work behind the scenes to find this info and keep it away from the powers that be.
