Increasing (real) selling limits
 

Hi,

I would like to ask for everyone's advice. I have 2 stealth eBay accounts, and they were both created sometime around September - November 2016.

Both accounts have $25k limits, but I've always kept the sales to $1500 a month and $500 a week, because the account sellers always told me so. Account 2 is still not an established seller (not enough quantity of sales, I focused on Account 1).

I sell dropshipped electronics on both, and I was wondering, could I possibly sell more than $1500 a month? If so, up to how much? I know the general rule is to spread out sales as much as possible through many accounts, but right now, my budget is really tight, and I don't have enough to buy new accounts.

The items I'm selling are generally valued from $50 - $120 because I was playing it safe, but I would like to sell higher valued items, worth $300 - $400. What is the best way to do this?

I would appreciate it if you guys could give me your honest input in my situation. Thanks in advance!

I just realized the reason $1.5k is the recommended limit by the account sellers, because if you sell more than $20k in one year, PayPal will ask you to submit your tax info.

So I could only go for as much as $1.6k per month. I guess I answered my own question hahaha. Thanks everyone.

Please take this with a grain of salt because I am not an expert, but I believe these particular tax limits are only if you have an US account and if your account is personal.
