Amazon Account Management Company Issue

We manage Amazon customer accounts. What's the safest way to operate with them.

We use a VPN service and have different user accounts for each customer + a dedicated IP depending on the Amazon country marketplace.

Should we use the main account emails to log in or work with user permission assistant's emails. Would that solve the issue if we use different laptops and a single IP?

Since the accounts already use software permissions, assigning ourselves a marketing assistant user permission should be the best approach.

Let me know what do you thing guys and thank you in advance!

if you use the extra user login, that at least gives plausible deniabilty that the businesses are not owned by same person, if one goes rogue.

different ips would be handy, would need to be built in to what they pay you for management.

different user window for each account would be ok.
