Aged paypal account refreshed

I have a paypal account that is very old that was made in the year of 2006

I added a real phone and everything

the transaction history is many many years ago......

whenever i try to send money i get the we cant send your payment right now error

whenever i call into paypal they are able to do an override after a quick security check and i was able to start sending money.

but then again i get the problem we can send your payment right now...

will this error ever go away? or will i need to keep calling into paypal? i know my other paypal accounts i dont have this problem because they have more recent transaction history that doesnt cause this type of issue.

Never had this problem. Did you do anything after the call and being able to send the payments to have the issue happen again? are you receiving money too on the account?

Time will solve this issue as well as current transaction history. Might take a few weeks (if not months) but it will go away eventually.

receiving money is not a problem.

its when i try to send out i keep getting that we cant send your payment right now error.

then i call into paypal and they do an override than they ask me to send money and i can do it but only for that 1 transaction, than it goes back to we cant send your payment right now.......

nvm i found the solution,

i just used a clean ip address off my phone hotspot and it pulled a QSC(quick security check) then i confirmed online with code and i was able to bypass security and it let me pay for item......

paypal must have something in place that can detect socks proxies........because everytime i tried paying through socks5 it kept blocking......

I would not be surprised if they do have advanced proxy detection techniques these days
