What does it mean when it says "the card was declined by the bank" ? do i need to add some cash to the cards? i spend the cash on it.

They check the card for validity by charging it a small amount - I believe a dollar for regular verification and $1.95 when linking it to the paypal account.
You need to have the funds available on the card for this purpose.

Thanks that is what i thought :).

one more thing, what should i do if they want proof i own the card and i only have fidelity ? they do not have the numbers from entropay.
