Where do you get addresses and names?
 

In the sales pitch video... he says "create ebay accounts in any country".

But how can you do that if you have no one you know (and trust) in that country?

So... how do you get a valid name and address?

So... let's say I get a name and address. How do I give proof of ID - passport ID and utility bill?

What am I missing?

Easiest to create accounts in the country you live in.

Stealth involves name creation/alteration - address involves same...of course some tweaking depends on the country.

Post office street addresses and random names. That’s usually my way of doing things.

I use post office boxes routinely as well - and address can be smartly altered.

I used to just pick a random address (within 100 miles), and use a fictional name: ie Del Trotter.

For ID, you can purchase services in the Marketplace where they supply documents to lift Paypal limits.
