Paypal Debit Card

Hey ya'll!

Ok so, I went to apply for a debit card today & since I have a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address with paypal I choose the "add a new address" option and was going to use my friends address but they asked me to add a credit card to confirm the address? Any ideas? I was thinking of using a prepaid card but didn't know which ones allowed address checks?

Thanks!! Do you know if you get a card # automatically or do you have to wait for it in the mail? If you have to wait, do you know of any that are automatic??

You can pick them up at Walgreens....
They are the ones in the yellow package.
