paypal Canada stealth Account got limited for 180 days.

after 180 days, how can i withdraw to bank or card if i am an Israeli resident

Unless you can get a Cdn bank account - you cant.

no way to open Canada bank account

isnt there anyone who can give such service? to withdraw the funds and he will keep % of the funds for himself?

Anyway... no one offers such a service and certainly not for Canadian accounts so it doesn't really matter...

Ok you can comtact them and ask to add them, they have gbp, aud, cad, eur, yen, and cny i believe

already did that , they cant add CAD bank at the moment.

unfortunately the service is still in its beta period and is provided only to a limited amount of users.

you "can" ADD USA bank account to CAD Paypal.....I have done it before and also recently. You may need to call in to add it.

You can add US bank to any PayPal country I believe too. Requires calling in though
