practice with a new PayPal account
 

3 of my 2 PayPal's stealth account been limited in a matter of 2-3 days
(not new accounts)

there is no connection between them
*different IP
*VM for every account
* different info

but still, they asked for proof of ID / Address / Supplier invoice
all docs been provided but still decided to limit accounts.

How to practice with a new PayPal account?

to not getting alerts from PayPal, is it better to have few PayPal accounts and to switch between them every time they reach the monthly $500-$ 1000?


I'll appreciate every suggestion you have?

Obviously there IS a connection of some sort... so let's start from scratch.

EVERYTHING is different? User account? Name? Address? Bank account? Phone number? Email?

Re-reading I see you said "switch between them every time they reach the monthly $500-$ 1000?"... do you mean you took one PP off your EB and attached another one? Because if so that's why they're limited.

@OP, it's difficult to guess your account operations...need to list all steps of account creation.

Are you selling the same stuff/identical listings with all accounts? Possibility of linking.
Do you just add PPs to random eBs etc? Also possibility of issues.

not selling on ebay.
when you getting paid from ebay, the invoice has the name of the product.

in my case, its only order number, no name of product

yes completely different User account, Name,Address, Bank account, Phone number, Email.

i am not selling on ebay.
