Hi guys, new here, been reading bits and pieces on the forum for 6 months or so and purchased the stealth guide recently.

I am stuck on multiple paypal account creations..

I ran up a debt when i was younger with paypal and they have a pic of my passport..

1. Would I still be able to create mis-match names and potentially lift EU limits on paypal accounts with my passport and maybe imaginative ways for proof of address?

2. Otherwise my only option is to create complete anonymous paypal and ebay accounts because I assume you can only run with these type of account for a VERY short time, so hopping accounts would be my only option?

3. I would add bank details to each account or would there be an easier alternative? I hear about VCCs? Does this only "half" verify it as such? Or is this on par with a bank debit card attached to the account?

I appreciate any help, sorry for being such a newb, we all start somewhere I guess. Everything else I get 100% just not sure on the path to embark...
