Need to fill in ID number upon signup..Stealth?

Hi,

After reading the stealth guide, I headed to create my first stealth paypal. However, It is mandatory to fill in ID field (DL, National ID, etc...).

Any advise?

Saudi Arabia :)

When I signed up around 11 years ago this was not required upon signup.

Does this mean stealth is no more suitable for all countries as I understood when read the stealth guide?
