DNSCrypt or Google DNS? Or none?

So how eBay will response on DNSCrypt IPs instead of Google DNS? Or should I use Google DNS? Or maybe I should not use any of these?

The point of questions is: Google DNS is in another country than my VPN. And I can use DNSCrypt that will 1:1 VPN:DNS country.

VPN : Google DNS = UK : Finland
VPN : DNSCrypt = UK : UK

Google DNS is always a safe bet, is used my majority of users even those not making stealth accounts etc
