Withdraw to Debit Card

When using the withdraw to debit card "instant" option, can PayPal see the name on the debit card? Is it only the zip code that needs to match the account?

During a test authorization AVS checks street address and zip code, card code status is checked, and the card number/type/exp date are checked. There is no verifying the name during a standard CC authorization. I can't say for certain, but I don't think it's any different with Paypal card withdrawals.

Only thing worries me on that list is Customer IP.

Whoever receives the money, sees the name.

So in this instance, its the card issuer that is receiving the money, so they'll see the name, not PayPal. PayPal only sees the name you put in.

This is true, but they see whatever name you provide since name isn't checked. "Mickey Mouse" living at the correct street address + zip would pass AVS.
