Question about Vendio

Question about Vendio Checkout.

I notice that with Vendio, you can direct buyers off eBay to your Vendio cart and they pay with Paypal but off of ebay and Paypals pages.

There are some steps to this including emailing Paypal for them to make an adjustment on their end.

Does anyone know if this insulates the seller from Paypal and can a seller tweak it to except other payment methods.?
