I would like to see a section about privacy early in the book. Very much like you have already, but maybe more concise early on, and the details re-organized and spread out where they chronogically fit in...
Basic concept at the opening, and the details salted in later.
Nothing huge or drawn out and detailed. An introductory blurb that tells people from the start that they need to keep a towel wrapped around their heinee at all times and that they need to update their own knowledge from time to time. Like software and hardware upgrades, we need wetware upgrades too. And a reminder that privacy issues do change, so we/they need to periodically review what's old and what's new.
Simply a quick overview (links for people to follow for more info):
Your IP address (and why to mask it)
Cookies (how they work and how they work against you)
Flash (same as for cookies)
Local Cache and History (why clean it and how often)
Sharing of personal info between sites (CC, Bank, PP, Ebay, Auctiva)(what does and doesn't happen)
Keeping it all sorted (windows logins)
Why people should be concerned and how to be careful early on.
Things to implement before you start the first step of making your new stealth.
The value here is that people would avoid being linked to old info before it happens, they would know in general (before it's too late) that privacy IS stealth.
Then later on, include snippets of or more links to pertinent support data in the sections where it applies the most.
And maybe near the end or in an appendix, links or info for the Hardcore eNinja or the wannabees in training <grin>
