If I do below, will I still get limited:

1, I use feeak names (which of course I can not provide ID if get limited)
2, I keep cash flow in below USD500 (I am not sure if there is a known threshold, if you do let me know)

3, I withdraw USD2000 every four days (500*4=2000) (or a different combination of say: USD300 per day, and USD2100 (300X7) per week)

4, I do not have any open cases on my account

5, my Ebay is not suspended

but for what kind of reasons?

if it is because cash runing in and out of an account exceed a certain level what would that level approximately be?

its normally for what the class as high amount withdrawal on a newer account or one that hasnt had limits lifted, higher risk items sold or simply they are randomly wanting to collect IDs, I think they want ID from everyone eventually.
