Depends on the quality of the stealth account. Can it withstand the extra scrutiny? Have they asked for SSN?

I think invester is right as long as you have paper work . . . aka SSN tax forms and State ID . . . . you should be fine . . . if not your risking it but hey your risking it either way without proper ID

ebay's security is no tighter that a night club . . . you can't use your grand mothers ID at the bar . . . . LOL

I seem to have bad luck with power seller status.. every time I join up my accounts go down within a month or two. so I ignore it now, even though you get discounts and your suppose to be able to take more hits. just never worked out that way for me.

How many power sellers are there in this forum who has stealth accounts ?

mine didnt need anything. they just sent me an email. as soon as ur dsr hit their requirements, they'll send you an email. ive only had it for a month.

Made Powerseller the next day Paypal limited me asking for SSN.

I have been a power seller for quite some time with my current stealth account, no problems yet. I have had multiple accounts that were power sellers that are idle and have since lost power seller status with no problems.

Thanks, I asked "What were you selling?" because some item are risky for eBay. I figured if you are selling high risk items they might keep an eye on you closely. It's easy to get paranoid when you account if stealth :behindsofa:
