European ID Database - PAYPAL
 

Hello. Does Paypal have a European database where they can check the IDs?I have looked about this topic for some time but couldn't find any info. I am asking because i have seen several declined documents topics (not specifically from EU)

If yes, how should one provide a ID if they can check it? As far as we know its just a matter of time before they ask for an ID

If they do not have a database and they cannot check it, it means that a well done ID could pass the checks pretty easy and if the user did nothing wrong (sold counterfeit/ virtual items, pissed buyers) should not have problems.

They can check an MRZ to see if it is correct on a passport. Anyone can check that

WHat about IDs?:). I am pretty sure that if one is passaprotLess there will be no problems. I am more interested about ID since since its the main thing they ask for.

It can pass with both an ID or a passport, they don’t have access to government database. Docs needs to be maked by a pro and good quality.

The would be great but I hear lots of cases where the docs are declined. Maybe they are not make by a pro or they can check them. Where do we find the pro? THis part is missing from the stealth book :))
