Instagram account disabled,how to get it back?
i sign up to instagram with email/username the screen showed some kind of processing message, then the screen paused, so i refresh, then try to login in, it come with message

BUT I only tried to sign up and now when I try to sign in it come with the message above, when clicking on forgot password it come up with 'user does not exist'
