a few important pp questions? HELP
 

Aspkin said before selling on eb, we must verify and confirm pp first, right?

1. I tried to verify pp on vpn but got limited. Was this caused by bad vpn?
blacklogic-- a good option for vpn? anybody tried that? Because someone told me that all vpns are not reliable

2. If I use a foreign account to sell in US but receive payments with a us pp. Does this work?

3. If I want to sell on eb, can I just use the phone verification without credit card verification?

1/ yes vpn probably did it
2/ youll have to specify which country, depends on which country you sell from, heard certain countried eg china, you cant
3/you add credit card to pay fees, but to be a seller you need phone verification

Is your flag US because you LIVE there or LIST there? The flag is meant to be your country of origin.
See it does not make sense to ask about vpn if you are in the USA. VPN has a reasonable success rate but there can be problems.
However if you have used vpn from say Asia & tried to set up paypal then you get troubles. Can you clear up accurately what you are doing,please?

#2 - It's best to have a Paypal in the same country where your ebay account is, *NOT* the country where you list.

If you have an Canadian ebay account but you list on U.S. ebay - have a Canadian Paypal and accept funds in foreign currency.
