DBK, what do you mean by bank accounts jsut to verify paypal, you mean buyer doesnt get to keep account for their use?

No they get closed after the paypals verfied. there not a debit card or anything so they would be useless to them cause they have no way to access the funds.

Thats why its best to get a debit card that has direct depoist opition if u want to w/d money from paypal use the w/d to bank opition.

yeah there are tons of them here such as netspend, rushcard, accountnow, greendot, as well as many others. Do a google search for debit cards with direct depoist. there are alot of them but u got to have a legit info and a ssn to get them. Almost all them work on paypal now days casue so many pp users has bad chex systems and has to resort to these.

I use to buy them on TalkGold.com - E-Gold HYIP Forum HYIP Investments under debit cards but i dont know any more they gotton alot more tuff on card resellers not getting ssn's. One guy sold cards u could make up a ssn they just took cause the card owners said but they did'nt verfiy it :)
