To:

I'm a seller and my name hasn't been green in over a year. James told me it makes no difference.

Seems like lately with all the new types of services/products the forum is wanting to offer they've been a lot more loose with seller requirements than they were previously.

For selling accounts that is all correct

For selling services (VCCs etc) the requirements are lower, but there is still a process that is gone through which may differ per application

Its not a case of being loose, but a case of making sure that all the demands that members have of the marketplace are met while still making sure that all the sellers (both account sellers and service providers) do a great job. Its a balance that so far is working very well :)
