Is there an alternative to verifying pp than netspend

which acts like a bank account when depositing the two small amounts into the account to verify?

Wish someone would tell me a virtual bank account where you can have unlimited accounts which have the direct debit facility!

I wish such a thing existed! Would save me a lot of shoe leather.

Bring back the good old days of savings accounts that accpeted DD instructions.

So unless I tunnel my ip to come from the states and use a us pp with netspend?

I just open lots of Bank accounts.

That is the simplest and most reliable method of verifying Paypal.

I doubt what you are suggesting would work.

Are you daft? Do you want to lose the account? VPN are not reliable. Why are you not opening a bank in the UK? Are you credit-impaired? Or are you hoping to avoid giving ID?

I have 8 bank accounts in the UK I want some stealth accounts that cant be linked to me.

I have a lot of experience with blackhatting and general stealth I can encrypt a connection go through many tunnels allow the log file to think I'm somewhere I'm not along with the server on the end.

As far as ebay or paypal know.. well they will know what I want them to know...

If you dont think tunnels are reliable then you dont know how to use them.
