Registering an Apartment Address?
 

I was thinking, is it possible to register an apartment address during sign up for ebay/paypal? The idea behind it is lets say worst case scenario paypal limits account, you can get a check mailed out and (possibly) get the funds. I know you guys are going to say "bank account is required now to withdraw funds, you can't use paypal balance to buy things without one linked." But were talking here about worst case scenario (bank account gets closed)/paypal won't send to bank. Just an idea.
