About Change Paypal Account
 

I've got limited 180 days but my eBay account still have active listing.
Can i change to another Paypal Account for get sale without trouble?
Please help me about that.

Not "Without trouble" - it could work for some time but never know exactly how long. Some people do this and it lasts for awhile.

Still it is not good stealth operation.

Switching to work with a paypal with mismatching info is not optimal and as rsot said in the long run can cause issues.
A better solution would be to start over. if you wish to still use the ebay account then open a new paypal with a similar name (change the first name keep the last name. use a different email, phone, address. Open the paypal with this new info then over the course of a few days/weeks change the ebay to match this new paypal info. Then start selling as if the account is brand new (because technically speaking it is).
Might not work forever but will increase your chances of success.
