Is this too much Blackhat?
 

Hello everybody,

I am registered for the stealth book and I am now almost ready to create my first Accounts. The only little things I am missing on my Account creation journey are IDs for the PayPal Business Accounts. Like Driver Lic. or anything else that will work.

Dont get me wrong, but since I am outside of the US and since I want to create at least 10 Accounts or even more I need a solid solution to prove the Identity of them.

How can I solve this issue?

If you have converted an account to a USA business account you will be asked for a copy of the EIN you received (form SS-4) for a 1099 to be issued

Then you will be asked for a utility bill, business license, credit card statement and tax documents all with address of where you are trading,

If your EIN form SS-4 has the same address as PayPal for the account you can submit that again as it has the business address.

So you can use the same document for both uploads to prove a tax number and address of business

Use 1 paypal and make 8 ebay accounts. That is allowed by paypal.

How to do this step by step? Do you use same paypal email for all eBay accounts?

While I have experimented with this in the past and don't really find it to be the best, you would registered each ebay e-mail on the pp account until the max is reached
