I just checked into it and it's not just for people in NZ and it is 3.52 for US. Here is the pricing:

No. I just checked and apparently they don't. That one is no good to us.

The one that yozalo listed above seems like a good one to use. It's $5.00 a month with a $15.00 set-up fee.
